I’m Dan Gheesling & I am currently back on the CBS reality television show Big Brother 14! While I’m gone, my wife Chelsea Gheesling will be updating this site with LOTS of exciting info!

My Story

I grew up in Dearborn, MI (a great middle American city) and had a relatively normal upbringing.  I’m now a 28 year old high school football coach.  I love my family and am very happily married.  I also won a CBS Reality Television show in 2008, which changed my life just a little bit. 

Needless to say, winning a large amount of money overnight (well, not overnight, I was locked up for 70+ days) on a nationally televised show changed a lot of things in my life, very quickly.

Like the majority of people, I had absolutely no clue how to handle a lot of money at the young age of 24 or the pseudo-fame that came with being on TV.  I basically lived life in FAST forward for a while.  During that time I made a ton of mistakes and learned a lot.

So Now What?

Fast forward to 2012, I am much more fulfilled as a person because I discovered the hard way many of life’s lessons.  The passage to whom much is given, much is expected - really applies to this site.  I have been given so much in my life that I decided to create DanGheesling.com as a way to give back and help others as much as I can.
